Conditions of stay:
CHECK-IN: from 16:00 | CHECK-OUT: before 11.00. Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the person staying at the property. Otherwise, the cardholder must send a third party authorization for use at the time of booking. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge. When completing online check-in, a city tax of €6.30 per adult per night will need to be paid.



Security deposit:
No security deposit required.
The credit card provided will be used as a guarantee in case of damage.
Otherwise, no cost will be charged.

Property conditions:
The apartment will be delivered upon arrival clean and prepared for the number of guests indicated on the voucher.
The customer is responsible for any damage to furniture and other objects caused during his stay.

Pets:
pets of any type or size are not accepted.

Number of people:
the reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed for the number of people declared in the confirmation phase. Any guests exceeding this number, if they were not communicated in advance to our operators, will result in the payment of a supplement.

Return Apartment:
Guests are requested to leave the apartment tidy and throw the garbage outside the apartment in the appropriate external containers. Otherwise, a fine may be charged based on the conditions of the property.
At the return of the apartment by 11:00 AM on the day of check-out, anything found in the apartment will be considered trash and will be disposed of. Nothing can be claimed afterward. Please thoroughly check the apartment before check-out to ensure you haven't forgotten anything.

Theft / damage:
Cortivo House Srl is not responsible for any theft and personal injury of guests inside the apartments. For this, we recommend that you take out a special travel insurance.
